*International ETA's are from Australia to entry into your country. Once your parcel arrives in country, it is handed over to your country's postal service for local delivery. From this point on, your local postal service is responsible for the delivery of your parcel.
Customs Regulations
In accordance with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable ‘merchandise’. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a ‘gift’, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.
