We understand sometimes your perfect PaperKrane pair might not quite fit the way you imagined. That's okay! We're here to help you find the perfect fit or style.
Here's the scoop on Returns & Exchanges:
Change of Mind or Sizing:
- You have 10 days from receiving your order to send your unworn and unwashed shoes back to us with their original tags unmarked and intact.
- In this case, we can offer you an exchange for another size or style (subject to availability), or a store credit to use on future PKs!
- Please note: For exchanges and store credits, your shoes need to be in brand new condition with the tags attached (just like when they first met you!).
Refunds:
- We offer full refunds for any faulty, damaged, or incorrect items you receive. Just email contact@paperkrane.com.au and send us some pics and we'll make things right!
- We can't offer refunds for change of mind or sale items. However, feel free to reach out to our friendly team at contact@paperkrane.com.au – we might be able to work some magic for you!
Shipping:
- If you're returning a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we'll happily reimburse you for the return postage costs (just email us a pic of the receipt).
- For change of mind returns, you'll need to cover the return postage costs yourself. We recommend using a tracked parcel service to ensure your PKs arrive safely back to us.
- Heads up! We can't be held responsible for any items lost in the mail, so a tracked post option is your best bet!
A Few Extra Things:
- Refunds will be processed using your original payment method.
- If your original order didn't qualify for free shipping, we'll also refund the shipping cost when you return faulty or incorrect items.
- We kindly ask that you return your items in their original packaging (it helps us keep things organized!). Any damaged packaging might incur a small restocking fee.
