NEW PK INSOLES

Are you new to barefoot? Or maybe you prefer just a touch extra cushion feel in your shoes, whilst still enjoying the benefits of foot shaped, lightness and flexibility.

Our new 3-5mm removable inner soles are perfect for you!

 You may also have noticed that we’re phasing out our old soles and introducing a whole new range. Still as light and flexible as ever, but now with added width in the toe box and a straighter toe shape to ensure no squished toes at all, with plenty of room to wriggle.

For now we're including a free insole with every adult pair purchased. The 5mm insoles will come pre-loaded in our latest offerings, and the previous 3mm insole will arrive in the bag with our new soles from 2023 (Camel Toe, Double Dark)

In 2025, we will have some of our insoles available separately in store. 

Getting used to this new roomy feel (which is actually even more beneficial for your feet) may take some time, and during this time our removable inner sole will once again be very useful!

One thing to keep in mind is that the insoles will reduce the space inside the shoe by a couple of mms, and the measurements on the size chart are without insole.

Wear them for extra padding, or to help fill a little space in the new shoes if between sizes or sizing up, or don't use them at all if you're after the most ground-feel available in your PKs.
