1. How do I find my best size/fit?
Finding your perfect fit is super important to us because we want you walking in comfort and style! Here at PaperKrane we have our own unique sizing, so you might find your best fit here differs to your usual size elsewhere.
Please measure your feet and check out our size chart to make sure you get the perfect fit.

2. My shoes feel too small, what should I do?
If your shoes feel a little snug, have you tried removing the insole? Our adult styles feature removable in-soles (they're black!) that can give you some extra room for a more comfortable fit. Simply pop them out and see if that does the trick! If you’re still having trouble finding the right fit, feel free to reach out to us – we're here to help!
3. What’s the difference between leather and vegan options?
Ah, the choice between leather and vegan – it’s a good one! Our vegan shoes are made from durable, eco-friendly materials that give you all the luxe vibes of leather without the use of animals. It’s a win-win! The vegan styles are just as stylish, breathable, and comfortable as their leather counterparts – but if you’re after that buttery-soft leather feel, we’ve got you covered there too.
4. Will you be stocking more of a particular style again?
We get it – it’s tough when your fave style sells out! Many of our designs are limited edition, which has become our signature style. But don’t worry, sometimes we might bring back popular styles or release fresh mods of fan favourites. To stay in the loop, we recommend signing up for our newsletter (via our homepage!) or following us on socials. That way, if we restock or release a new version of a popular style, you'll be the first to know!
5. Where can I buy shoes internationally?
We’re so happy you love our shoes and want to take them all over the world! You can find PaperKrane shoes at select stockists internationally.
By the way, we're working on building our stockist network, so if you know any bricks and mortar or online stores interested in stocking PKs, please send them our way!
6. Where is my order?
We know you’re excited to get your new PaperKrane shoes – we are too! Once your order is on its way, you'll get an email with a tracking link so you can follow your shoes’ journey right to your door. We ship via Australia Post, and they’ll keep you updated on all the details.
Hot Tip: when you click on the AusPost tracking link please select the 'journey' toggle to see the details of your parcels journey!
For international customers, once your parcel has been handed over to your local country's postal service you'll need to check in with them for updates.

7. Do you accept returns/refunds?
We want you to love your PaperKrane shoes! If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns within 10 days of receiving your order, as long as the shoes are unworn and in their original condition. For faulty or incorrect items, we’ll happily issue a full refund. For change of mind, we offer exchanges or store credit.

8. How do I keep my PKs looking Fresh?
To protect your PaperKrane shoes from the elements, we recommend using suitable protectants based on the material:
- Kiwi Sneaker Protector for general use
- Collonil Organic Cream for vegan leather
- Oakwood Leather Cream or Collonil Waterstop Colours for leather
