OMG you've ordered your PKs and cannot wait for their arrival! Us too! Here’s all you need to know about getting your PKs from us to your doorstep—Aus Wide!

ORDER PROCESSING

  • All orders are packed and shipped within 2 business days of placement.
  • Each order is shipped separately; combining multiple orders into one shipment is not available.

ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS

Orders are picked and packed via our dispatch partner warehouse, so it might not always be possible to change or cancel your order. If you do need to make any changes, please get in touch ASAP once you've placed your order and we'll do our very best to accommodate your request.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

  • All orders are sent via Australia Post as regular parcel post with tracking.
  • Express Post options are available and can be selected at checkout.

SHIPPING RATES

📦 $10 Flat Rate for orders up to $500
📦 $15 Flat Rate for orders over $500
🚀 Express Post shipping calculated at checkout

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

  • 2 to 4 working days for locations within Victoria
  • 3 to 6 working days for interstate locations
  • Regional and remote locations may experience longer delivery times
  • Express Post: 1 to 3+ working days, depending on location

TRACKING YOUR PARCEL

Once your PKs are on their way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow their journey! Just click the link and track your parcel via Australia Post. All orders include tracking, so you’ll always know where your PKs are!

Delivery Delays

Ugh, we get it—nothing’s more frustrating than when things go off track! Don’t worry, though, we’ve got your back!

Delays can happen for all sorts of reasons, so the best way to stay in the loop is by checking your parcel’s journey using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

Hot Tip: When clicking on the AusPost tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, scroll down and click the toggle to 'Journey' (usually found at the top right of the tracking page, just below the tracking number), to show all parcel updates.

Delivery Refusal or Return To Sender

If a parcel is refused at delivery or returned to sender due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal to accept the package, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees and re-delivery costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Lost, Missing or Damaged Parcels

If your tracking hasn’t updated for a while, or your order arrives damaged, drop us an email at contact@paperkrane.com.au within 7 days, and we’ll sort it out for you!
