NDIS ORDERS & PKs
At PaperKrane, we are committed to providing comfortable, functional footwear for everyone, including those with specific support needs. While we are not a registered NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) provider, our shoes may still be eligible for purchase using NDIS funding, particularly under the Low-Cost Assistive Technology (AT) category.
How We Support NDIS Customers
We offer two options for NDIS participants to purchase PaperKrane shoes using their funding:

Submit an Order Request for an NDIS Invoice
If you are plan-managed or self-managed, you can complete our NDIS Order Form to request an invoice. We will generate an invoice with the necessary details, including the appropriate NDIS line item code. Once payment is received, we will ship your order. -
Purchase First, Claim Later
You can also choose to place your order directly through our website. Once your purchase is complete, simply email us (or forward your order confirmation email) at contact@paperkrane.com.au to request an NDIS-compliant invoice, which you can then submit to your NDIS plan manager for reimbursement.

This category covers low-cost assistive technology products related to prosthetics and orthotics, including orthotic-friendly footwear. - Consumables – 03_090000911_0103_1_1 (Low-cost Assistive Technology for Personal Care and Safety). This category includes essential assistive technology items that support mobility and independence.
How to Place an NDIS Order

Fill out our NDIS Order Form
Provide your details, including the shoes you wish to purchase and your NDIS participant information. -
Invoice Generation
We will generate an invoice for you to submit to your plan manager (or pay directly if self-managed). -
Payment and Dispatch
Once the invoice is paid, we will dispatch your order. -
Post-Purchase NDIS Invoice Request
If you’ve already purchased, simply email us at contact@paperkrane.com.au with your order number to request an NDIS invoice.
Please note: As we are not a registered NDIS provider, only self-managed and plan-managed participants can purchase our products using NDIS funds. NDIS participants whose plans are agency-managed (NDIA-managed) are required to purchase supports from registered providers.
