🌍 INTERNATIONAL ORDER & DELIVERY INFO 

YESSS! you've ordered your PKs and cannot wait for them to arrive! Us too! Here’s all you need to know about getting your PKs from us here Down Under to your doorstep!

ORDER PROCESSING

  • All orders are packed and shipped within 2 business days of placement.
  • Each order is shipped separately; combining multiple orders into one shipment is not available.

ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS

Orders are picked and packed via our dispatch partner warehouse, so it might not always be possible to change or cancel your order. If you do need to make any changes, please get in touch ASAP once you've placed your order and we'll do our very best to accommodate your request.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS

  • All orders are sent via Australia Post as regular parcel post with tracking.
  • Express Post options are available and can be selected at checkout.
  • Once your PKs are on their way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow their journey!

Note: AusPost transports your parcel from Australia to the destination country, where it's handed over to the local postal service upon customs entry.

New Zealand

  • $15 Flat Rate for orders up to $500
  • $20 Flat Rate for orders over $500
  • Express Post shipping calculated at checkout

USA, Canada & Rest of the World

  • Up to 500G - AUD $20 (USA + Canada) AUD $29 (Rest of the world) 
  • Up to 1KG - AUD $38 (USA + Canada) AUD $43 (Rest of the world)
  • Up to 2KG - AUD $62 - $67 (Rest of the world)
  • Up to 5KG - AUD $87 - $93 (Rest of the world) 
  • Express Post shipping calculated at checkout

Note: International shipping rates do not include taxes or duties that may be applied by customs in the destination country; these are the responsibility of the recipient. 

INTERNATIONAL ETAs

  • New Zealand: 4 - 7 business days
  • Canada & USA: 5 - 9 business days
  • UK & EU: 4 - 12 business days
  • Rest of the World: 7 - 21 business days

Please note: International ETAs refer to the time taken for parcels to reach the destination country. Once the parcel arrives, it is handed over to the local postal service where it needs to clear customs before final delivery.

CUSTOMS DUTIES, FEES & ADDITIONAL CHARGES

    All international orders are subject to the customs regulations of the destination country. Items are declared at their exact value and classified as dutiable merchandise in compliance with Australian export laws. Orders cannot be marked as “gifts” for customs purposes.

    Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are determined by your country’s regulations and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order to avoid unexpected charges.

    For EU Customers: PaperKrane is not VAT-registered in any EU Member State, and all prices displayed on our website are VAT-exclusive. VAT may be charged by the EU when your order arrives, and PaperKrane is not responsible for any delays or additional fees due to EU VAT charges.

    INTERNATIONAL PARCEL TRACKING 

    • AusPost transports your parcel from Australia to the destination country, where it's handed over to the local postal service upon customs entry. 
    • Use the same parcel tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. When clicking on the AusPost tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, scroll down and click the toggle to 'Journey' (usually found at the top right of the tracking page, just below the tracking number), to show all parcel updates.
    • Once in customs, your parcel can also tracked through your local postal carrier - check their online service or get in touch with them directly.

    DELIVERY DELAYS OR MISSING PARCELS

    • If your tracking hasn’t updated in a while or isn’t showing that it’s been handed over to your local postal service, don’t stress—reach out to us, and we'll look into it for you!
    • If your parcel is sitting with customs, you’ll need to get in touch with your local postal service for more info.

    REFUSED SHIPMENTS

    International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are determined by your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. If you choose not to pay these fees and reject the parcel, or if your parcel is returned to us due to failure to collect from your customs service, we are not obligated to provide a refund. However, at our discretion, we may issue a partial refund after deducting any incurred shipping fees, customs charges, and handling costs.

    DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS

    If your order arrives damaged from transit, or you find that it faulty in any way, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll sort it out for you!
